THE BIG DECISION

What is the big deal in making a decision? May be there is something, yes. Something surely big of course, there is. Something goes wrong sometimes, except when carefully made, and you will either be proud of your wise decision or ashamed because you have made a foolish one.
Personally I have encountered many a critical moments where I have to make an urgent decision. At least you know that urgent means critical and quick. One was the one I made the day I decided to be a man.
Once a kid, unto an adult, many decisions made, many things said, lot more heard and numerous stuff now in the past. Uncountable mistakes made and all in the course of making a decision on what to do, say, listen to, see, want and what not to.  Even at that, there are still many more decisions to be made.
As we grow, we confront them one by one; one after the other. Get the meaning of the above statements with this analogy below:
Once was a boy who always asked his dad when the time would come for him to be a man. The dad would always answer him saying “ you will be a man when you decide to be a man”. This kid never really understood exactly what his dad meant by “You will become a man when you decide to be a man”, but he kept his thoughts to himself since asking his dad will only bring the same answer.
Then came a day and the dad came up to his son and asked: son, “what decision have you made”? The young lad quickly answered “dad, I have decided to be a man”.  The dad smiled and said, “From this day, you have become a man”. With the innocence and trust that can only be found in children, the kid totally believed it but somewhere inside of his mind, he never really felt the difference nor the growth that associated him with his definition of men and he would not ask his dad any further questions, lest the dad begins to think that his son is no longer a man. At least,  the kid thought so.
But the dad being a real man and knowing exactly what his son might be thinking called up his young son and said “Without men, you can never be a man, but because you have me as father and man, here you are a full blown man.”
The drift is this, the moment you decide on an issue and you begin to feel the feelings of what it would feel like upon the end of the effects of your decision, then you must know that dreams do come true. Although, you have to be careful for what you wish for, this is because that is often the thing that you will decide in the favor of. You may need the people who are exactly what you want to become, for you to become that which you want to become. This is the sense in all of this. Guess I should have said so at the start to save you some reading time. However, you never decided to start reading from the bottom. cheers

  1. †ђξ moment †ђξ kid noticed he wasn't feeling anything that differentiates him from the boy he previously was and †ђξ man his dad said he ȋ̝̊̅ƨ̣̣̣̇̇̇. And consciously decided not to question his dad further lest he be Seen as immature. That was his first manly decision. Π☺‎†I̶̲̥̅̊n̶̲̥̅̊g ȋ̝̊̅ƨ̣̣̣̇̇̇ big or small unless by comparison. Everyone ȋ̝̊̅ƨ̣̣̣̇̇̇ either little or grown to another based on comparison with an otherwise bigger or smaller person. E.g I am short to xavier only βε̲̣cǎU̶̲̥̅̊$Ɛ xavier ȋ̝̊̅ƨ̣̣̣̇̇̇ taller than me. But I still remain tall to some people I refer to as short. What am I trying to say? A boy becomes a man based on meeting up with †ђξ criteria his role model places on him. Making decisions aint easy. Its bold steps starting from observation, comparison to self realization...then †ђξ decison before †ђξ execution. Nice one!!!
